Buying to rent is also a popular way to invest in real estate.  With today's hot market and increasing interest rates it is difficult to find a condominium that will "carry" (all expenses covered by the rent).  In Mississauga it is especially difficult, but there are places in Toronto which are still good - especially with the tightening rental market.
